Main Responsibility主要工作职责：

1.Responsible for providing specialist support to project teams within the company: Responsible for actively seeking specialist knowledge and guidance within country and group to provide engineering information for the development and construction activities of projects.
为公司项目组提供工程方面的支持: 根据国家标准和集团内部标准，负责为项目相关建筑工作提供专业的知识和指导

2.Authority contacts and legal issues: Responsible for managing the process for necessary permits and fulfilling legal issues in regards to Engineering works.
国内建筑规范和许可：负责协调获取建筑工程所需要的相关许可证及确保符合国内法规规定
3.Measurement and Data Collection: Responsible for the establishment and periodical updates of Engineering specifications.
测量和数据收集：负责原始数据收集，建立并时时更新工程参数
4.Implementation of the specifications on each project design；Ensure project design complies with all neccessary standards and is able to implement adjustments to Project Team's request.
负责将工程参数正确应用于项目设计。确保设计制图符合设计规范、标准的要求，能根据项目组要求及时修改图纸。
5.Inspection of engineering work progress and quality on all projects; Coaching and empowering project engineers in order for them to reach agreed goals.
负责监督项目工程进度以及质量；指导项目工程师督促按进度完成既定目标。

Requirements and Qualifications 任职资格和要求

Qualifications 资质
-Degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical, Architecture, Building Engineering, or related disciplines
大学本科或以上学历，工科或建筑背景
-Minimum 3 years of design or engineering experience in large scaled buildings (Healthcare related preferred)
至少三年以上的大规模工程设计规划经验（医疗相关建筑为佳）
-Expertise Knowledge in Architecture design softwares (AutoCAD,etc) is an advantage
熟练应用AutoCAD等相关设计软件者优先

Training 培训
- Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development and training 持续不断地接受专业进修和培训，需提供相关证书。
- Relevent NVQ or equivalent experience. 具有相关的国家职业资格证书或同等的工作经历。

Experience 经验
-Minimum 3 years of design or engineering experience in large scaled buildings (Healthcare related preferred)
至少三年以上的大规模工程设计规划经验（医疗相关建筑为佳）
-Independent engineering project experience is an advantage
具备独立操作工程项目经验者优先

Knowledge & Skills 知识和能力
- Background of M&E,Architecture,Building Engineering, or related disciplines. 工科或建筑专业背景。
- Broad knowledge of engineering data collection, design and construction activities.广泛的工程数据收集，设计和建筑相关知识
