Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or Associates Degree
2.3-5 years experience in IT
3.Must have broad understanding of Web Applications
4.Experience with SQL server
5.Must have working knowledge with CAN Protocal, RS232/Serial program, GPIB, Ethernet, wireless and other communications protocol.
6.Experience with HTML/XHTML/CSS
7.Good communications skills both in Mandarin and English
8.Detail oriented and capability to do multi-tasking
9.Highly organized
10.Ability to meet deadlines and requirements of the Corporate IT.

Responsibilites:
1.Maintain an up-to-date listing of all hardware located at the facility, including but not limited to description, model number, serial number, asset tag number, users name and ratings which indicate the potential of the item
2.Maintain an up-to-date listing of all software located including but not limited to , description, version, manufacturer, location type of license and number of copies with authorization
3.Purchase, set up and install all hardware and software
4.Perform preventive maintenance on the hardware as needed or under the direction of the controller - keep accurate records of maintenance performed
5.Maintain an updated (quarterly)network diagram, showing every computer, printer, server, switch, hub and router on the local network
6.Maintain a systems and virus protection update log
7.Maintain a file showing the users security forms and singed computing policy forms
8.Set up all new users on the network and immediately delete the access of terminated employees
9.Make sure all business critical systems are on battery back-up
10.Ensure once a week backup tapes are stored in secure vault offsite
11.Dispose of all old equipment
12.Work with local administration to set up needed equipment for meetings on a timely basis
13.Work with MIS personnel at Central Services to meet their needs and ensure facility is compliant with corporate policy
14.Maintain clean and orderly work areas in all locations where IT Coordinator is responsible
15.Perform tasks as maybe assigned by Corporate IT or Plant controller.
16. Responsible for maintenance of Plant security system (CCTV, access controls) and plays active role in overall plant safety and Security
