职位描述：
Logistics Specialist + purchase assistant:
Functions:
? Prepare and proofread form letters, shipping directives, bank instructions and all documents before releasing for shipment.
? Communication with shipping forwarders, Customs, brokers for the import and export requirement and domestic deliveries;
? Expedite and trace shipment to insure on time delivery;
? Customs log book follow and offset.
? Purchase assistant.
Requirement:

3.Professional training required
k. College diploma or above with major in business administration
l. Has at least 2 years of import and export experience in a manufacturing company of mechanical industry
4. Environmental
Sanitary water、Flush water、Ultra pure water、power consumption 、Hazardous / non-hazardous waste、lights, battary, waste oil, waste water, all solide、double side printing/use recycled paper

Main duties

a. Shipping documents preparing;
b. Forwarder, broker and Customs communication;
c. Import & export shipment tracking;
d. Domestic shipment arrangement and tracking;
e. Logistics cost comparison and reduction
f. Customs log books tracking and following;
g. Release purchase orders to suppliers, follow up deliveries, invoices and payments;
h. Publish the purchasing status of the key components;
i. Supply Data statistics of suppliers, including OTD and FTY;
j. Record management of logistics and purchasing to ensure the traceability;
k. Support MRO inquiries;
