职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities:
? Analysis customer test spec, working out test cost estimation and human resource plan.
? Creates, updates and maintains the Design Verification Plan and review it with customer.
? Prepare the test report, analyze the test result.
? Working with team one member to go through product design process.
? Define test method, SW and HW based on DVP and product spec.
? Training Associate engineer and technician to perform the tests.
? Resolve troubles in the tests which were caused by specimen or equipment and report to PM.
? Responsible for approving Pass/Fail criteria for performance, environmental, and operational tests.
? DFMEA monitoring and DFMEA database maintenance.
? Other assigned task.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? BEE (Bachelor of Electrical) or above in related field.
? 3 years or above related experience with Automotive electrical products test/design/development.
? MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, Visio, Labview operating.
? Experience in automotive grade electronic modules design; Module level electronic design.
? Experience of key issue problem resolving in previous job is a must.
? Excellent English communication ability.
Desired Characteristics:
? Qualified knowledge in reliability flied. Automotive grade reliability knowledge is a desire.
? Familiar with Automotive international reliability standards. Knowledge in automotive OEM specs is a plus.
? Well trained in problem solving methodology.
? Sufficient knowledge at project work flow, experience of APQP is a desire 举报 分享
