职位描述：
工作职责：Responsibilities
1.全面负责机械装配部门的日常工作，制定工作计划，团队成员职责分工，确保团队按期按预算高质量完成工作任务
Responsible for mechanical assembly department daily work, make the work plan and arrangement for team members with the best combination of budget, high quality and timely delivery.
2.确保团队工作完成各项目的重要节点，跟踪及管控各项目的进展状况，每周项目计划会议进行汇报
Responsible for team work to fulfill the project milestones, trace and control each project progress status, make the reports in the weekly project plan review (PPR).
3.负责团队建设，对团队成员进行培训或技术分享，公正评价团队成员的绩效，识别团队成员的培训需求，与团队成员保持积极沟通与及时反馈，激励团队高效协作
Responsible for team building, coaching and know-how sharing to team members, appraise team member’s performance in fair way, identify employees training need, communicate with team member closely and give feedback in time to inspire teamwork high efficiency.
4.持续改进团队工作流程，了解团队工具及资源的投入需求，推行5S以创建安全工作环境，确保公司政策执行
Make continuous improvement of the processes, identity the investment requirement of tools and resource, implement 5S to provide a safe working environment, ensure company policy execution.
5.保持与其他部门的有效沟通，发现并反馈潜在的问题,并提高改进建议
Communicate with other departments to find and feedback potential issue, and raise improvement suggestion.
6.根据图纸的特殊要求独立进行机械装配，并在装配过程中发现问题，协助研发工程师解决问题
Assembly machine by self for special purpose according to the drawings, find the problem during assembly and assist design engineer to solve the problem.
7.设备装配过程中及结束后，根据设备运行情况独立进行设备调试
Adjust the machine with machine operation status during and finish assembly.
8.对来料件，加工件，购买件进行质量控制与关注，根据需要给予采购部门必要的技术支持
Quality control for incoming parts, manufacture parts & buying parts, give technical support to purchase department as required.

任职要求: Requirements
1.至少五年以上非标自动化设备机械装配经验
Min. 5 years’ experience in assembly of customized automation machine
2.优秀的沟通能力和一定的团队管理经验
Good communication skills and team management experience
3.良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，并带领团队积极解决问题
Good team work spirit and service consciousness, lead the team to solve the problem actively
4.上进心强，做事细心，且有较强的学习和分析能力，乐于提升技能和知识
Able to work individually, self-motivate, careful work，strong study and analysis ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge
5.愿意国内外出差
Be willing to travel in China and oversea
6.英语水平良好。
