MISSION

Organize cross-functional project team and manage implementation project plan; involve relevant levels of management to ensure successful roll-out of the implementation. To run or lead an external office: to organize, coordinate, develop all the services for the site in order to meet the objectives set in terms of production, productivity, profitability, analysis according to the implementation schedules.



RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Together with team/department management to review implementation support demands and co-ordinate implementation resource plans.

2. Take Project Manager role; work with Project Owner to define critical objectives and roadmaps; take Project Ownership where necessary.

3. Assist project owner to standardize the implementation procedure.

4. Lead interactions with Customer to map business requirements into company's processes ensuring high level of accommodation as well as company advantages and process efficiency.

5. Organizing and setting up the operational side of his area of activity.

6. Adapting and optimizing the operating tools and resources.

7. Monitoring and controlling a budget.

8. Analyzing performance in his area of activity.

9. Identifying the events or malfunctions that need to be reported to senior management.

10. Formalizing a report on activities that summarizes the key elements.



PRACTICAL SKILLS

1. Communications and persuasion skills.

2. Project Management trainings.

4. Defining and dimensioning the resources necessary to the realization of an action or a project if necessary.

5 Domestic carrier sourcing and evaluating the results of a carrier or service provider.

6. Ability to seek out the best service in the customer relationship whilst establishing a durable relationship based on trust, credibility and the respecting of commitments made.

7. Ability to project into the future, to imagine future events and adapt his behavior in advance so as not to be forced to react to problems or difficult situations.

8. Ability to understand the company's values and adhere to them in the right spirit of mind and to promote the company's image outside.

9. Experiences with automotive OEM or manufacturer is a plus.
