Job Responsibility岗位职责
GAGB is a total project driven company, hence we want the PM(project Manager):格比机电是一家完全项目主导和驱动的公司，因此我们需要项目经理能够完成：
1. In charge of whole project management starting from contract receiving to end of guarantee; PM has the power to drive all cross-functions in order to meet project target ;负责整个项目从收到合同到保质期结束的管理；项目经理有权力驱动所有跨部门完成项目目标；
2. Lead gate reviews from contract review to project closure review per GAGB project quality system policy;依照格比机电项目质量管理政策领导从合同评审到项目关闭评审的各个门阈评审；
3. Lead project timing and cascade all project activities, identify the critical chain and make the points on this chain controlled ;领导项目计划，分解项目活动，识别关键链，并确保关键节点受控；
4. Identify project risks and ensure all risks are under control with effective solutions of eliminating, reducing, transferring and limiting;识别项目风险，确保项目的所有风险有有效的消除，降低，转移，接受限制的方案；
5. Lead change management and do bugeting management in projects, balance the change and cost to budgeting;领导变革管理，做项目预算管理，平衡变更和项目预算成本二者的关系；
6. Manage open issue list for projects and keep high efficient communication with a relative team members at a certain terms to ensure a honest, cooperating, practical, innovating, win-win, precised, focus to business(NOT people) astomphere;管理开口项清单，保持和相关方的高效沟通，沟通依照一定的时间频率展开来确保项目团队是在一种诚信，合作，务实，创新，双赢，精准，对事不对人的氛围中工作；
7. Lead the allocation of project bonus and project team building etc to engage all hands in projects happy;负责项目奖金的分配，组织项目团队建设等来使项目团队成员开心；
8. More target/goal oriented;目标导向
9. Report project financing result and project status timely to high level management;及时向管理高层汇报项目财务结果和项目状态；

Competence Required：任职资格

1. Colleadge graduated is the minimum, and bachelor or Master degree is a plus. Major in engineering related is preferred;至少大专毕业，本科和硕士毕业优先，工程相关专业优先；
2. More than 3 year working experience or 2 years or above project management experience;三年工作经验或者2年及以上项目管理经验；
3. Good planning and execution capability and good competence of cooperation and people ciommunication;良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
4. Active and high consciousness of team, and high sense of taking responsibility, and be smart in generating solutions so that to relax pressure effectively. 积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够有智慧生成解决方案并可以有效释放压力。
