任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology or equivalent.
2.Fluent in written and oral English, computer skill is required.
3.8 years or above on laboratory professional experience with 3 years or above on lab operation and management control.
4.Understanding of processes concerned and selected testing method, knowledge of laboratory methods, preventive maintenance of equipment is must.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk.
6.Good leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
7.Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skill.
8.Excellent interpersonal skills.
9.Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated and confident.
10.Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.


职位职责：1.Provide technical expertise and resources for product process including new product development and equipment validation.
2.Ensure the laboratory works are performed in compliance with corporate and local government requirements.
3.Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Labs, and to be accountable for GMP and EHS compliance at operations.
4.Ensure the laboratory inspections are performed to meet the requirements of production and release on time.
5.Support vendor audits for raw materials and Packing material qualification and control.
6.Reviewing monthly with the QA Manager, performance against main objectives.
7.When requested compiling special or investigation reports
8.Prepare and maintain budget for Labs.
9.Motivate, train and counsel subordinates.
10.To actively promote teamwork for continuous improvement.
11.Commit to EHS regulatory compliance for the operation of the department and promote the importance of EHS requirements for the effective and efficient operation of the department.
