Requirement:

1,Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field.
2,Minimum 2 years experience in the EHS(especially safty) or Industrial Hygiene fields with specific concentration in ISO14000, OSHAS regulations.
3,CET 4 and good oral English, can read English material.
4,Good communication and executive skill.
5,Demonstrate a strong trouble shooting ability and a desire to learn new things.

Responsibility:
1. Assist in the overall development, evaluation, administration and implementation of EHS policies and programs.
2. With the support from Regional EHS Manager, assist in the coordination of site activities, which impact areas of EHS regulatory compliance with regulations.
3. Provide regulatory guidance and administration support on all EHS regulations to impacted groups
4. Provide problem solving for engineering, production ...group
5. Provide assistance in maintaining ISO 14000 certified status and setting goals and targets for all EHS programs having significant impact.
6. Provide assistance with pollution prevention and waste minimization activities.
7. Provide assistance in the negotiation and development of EHS service contracts.
8. Perform and/or assist in IH monitoring
9 Prepare and/or assist with corporate and divisional reports.
10. Provide required, specialized training to Baxter employees.
11. Member of Emergency Response Team for hazardous materials spills which requires 24-hour on call status.
