任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree in medical, science or related field.
2.Total 10 years working experience, including 5 years experience in a QA supervisor position.
3.Working knowledge of statistics and production processes
4.Strong communication skills are needed to effectively supervise & support personnel.
5.SPC Control, ISO9001, ISO 13485, GMP
6.Good English language ability and good computer skill.
7.Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device, food & cosmetics industry is preferred.


职位职责：

1.Ensure that all inspection and test procedures are properly completed and documented.
2.Review all quality assessment results and determine whether to accept or reject manufactured products during the inspection process.
3.Coordinate the timely release in process products and finished product.
4.Liaise with production personnel and IPSO customer to carry out machine & process validation
5.Work closely with Production Supervision, Quality, and Engineering to ensure adequacy and appropriateness of inspection parameters, product specifications and test methods.
6.Develop and maintain inspection documentation procedures, QA inspection instructions and department policy procedures. Ensure product compliance regulations are followed.
7.Hire, train, evaluate and develop all Quality in process personnel
8.Responsible for change control activities and non-conformance management.
9.Lead the QA section team to identify potential issues from production line & take CAPA to ensure product quality.
10.Work with supplier on materials issues, drive supplier performance improvement.
11.Responsible for supplier quality performance assessment.
