Mechanical Engineering Intern 机械研发实习生
地点：漕河泾开发区

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Design and develop new extension products to meet customer requirements within scope (e.g., performance and quality), schedule (e.g., on time delivery), and budget (e.g., price, resource) constraints.
? Work with cross functional teams on addressing product extensions, maintenance, cost savings, and any engineering issues for both existing products and new products.
? Support PE to draft concepts, facilitate design reviews , tolerance analysis and DFMEA to ensure robust design with economic cost by following TE LEANPD process
? Work with PLMC, EC applications and Engineering documentation management systems
? Work with labs to ensure product testing schedule timely and samples’ delivery
? Initiate ECR to release, reactivate, obsolete products, and draft 2D, 3D and update and release drawings in system after reviewed by PE.
? Collect information such as TE/Competitor part’s data to facilitate DTV activities for cost saving.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have the following:
- Currently enrolled for a 4 year BSME degree
- Competent user of a 3D CAD application (AutoCAD, Pro/E, SolidWorks)
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with Pro/E, 3D modeling tools, CAE Analysis tools, and tolerance analyses
- Creative and self-motivated individuals
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Strong planning/organizational skills
