Description of Main Tasks
1.Demand Management
Complete Demand Management Training and familiarize with the new XRM usage and process
Clean-up XRM entries
support the rollout of the Asia Pacific Small Measure Process
2.Issue Management
Complete Issue Management Training and familiarize with Issue management process and system usage
3.Campaign Management
Support major IS projects
4.nformation Management
Prepare, establish and support IT communication
5.Others
Support the other IT administration tasks.
Key skills
§ Good understanding of existing and emerging information technology systems; of best practice knowledge for delivering IS services in a global, matrix organization
§ Good interpersonal and communication skills; with good English skills to communicate verbally and in writing.
§ Good customer service and communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
§ Must possess the ability to quickly identify problems, develop alternative solutions and implement corrective action efficiently and effectively, in coordination and cooperation with global IS.
§ Must be able to work independently, relying on interpersonal skills and experience to perform the requirements of the position without the benefit of “solid line” reporting relationships.
§ Individual must have good follow-through abilities.
Years of Experience
§ 3+ years of information technology experience required
§ 2+ years delivering information services or delivering projects in a mid-/large-sized company
Education
§ University Degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
