College
大专Preferred Major
所学专业Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or equivalent
机电或自动化相关专业
Minimum 8 years working experience in maintenance including 2 years working experience in maintenance management level
至少8年维修工作经验，包括2年维修管理岗位经验
-Good analytical ability; Good planning; Good organization skill; Coaching and counseling skills; Teamwork and co-operation; Strong focus on customer needs
良好的分析、计划、组织、教导和咨询能力。良好的团队协作能力。强烈的客户服务意识
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
良好的中英文表达能力
-Have experience on CNC machine , etc..
有数控机床方面维护经验
-Understand hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanic drawing .
能阅读液压、气动、机械和电气图纸
-Understand PLC, drive system
熟悉PLC，传动

Main Responsibilities主要职责
1.Arrange the machine daily check, preventive maintenance.
安排设备的日常点检，保养。
2.Arrange the maintenance manpower.
日常人力安排
3.Do the troubleshooting in case of machine down.
处理生产设备的突发性故障。
4.Utilize AAM MAXIMO Maintenance software package to record all Maintenance activities.
使用MAXIMO软件记录所有的维修工作。
5.Follow the maintenance target 6-pack and analyze, improve
跟踪维修目标6-pack并分析，改进。
6.Arrange machine down time analysis and improve
进行停机分析，并改进。
7.Install the new machines, build the new PM plan and type into the maximo system
安装新的设备， 并建立保养计划
8.Work with the engineer to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency.
和工程师改进OEE。
9.Organize the spare parts.
管理备件。
10.Workshop 5S management and on-site 5S management
工作间和现场5S管理。
11.Join the training and share with the other colleagues
参加培训并同其他同事分享。
12.Set up the training plan for the maintenance technician and follow up
为维修技师安排培训计划并跟踪
13.Set up the predictive maintenance plan and implement
建立预见性维护计划并执行
14.Regular review the PM plan and add new items if necessary
周期性回顾保养计划并添加必须项
15.According to the sales forecast to make maintenance budget and follow up
根据销售计划制定维修预算并跟踪
16.Respond for the lean maintenance
负责精益维修
17.Respond for the chemical management
负责化学品管理
18.Respond for the facility management.
负责工厂公用设施管理
19.Respond for the landscaping management
负责绿化管理
20.Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by the department manager.
完成部门经理交办的其它工作
