Job Responsibility:
1. Set goal for the team and the individual emplyee;
2.Organize daily performance meeting and follow up on goals;
3.Ensuring a continuous dialogue with the production and help to develop cooperation;
4.To make cost updated and control repair maintenance cost;
5.Manage external supplier/partner for repaires and maintenance first;
6.In collaboration with the team leader and the group to ensure a stable and predictable output from our production machines;
7. To give salary adjustment advice of our department members according to their performance.
8. To adjust personal job fields to meet the needs of company.

Job requirement:
1.College or university education background,have some CNC knowledge;
2.At least three years of department management experience.
3.To have mechanical and electrical maintenance background ,
4.Good communicate others with English.
