Job Summary
The Quality & Compliance Position for GSK has operational responsibilities in the GSK account, and is part of a team of people based globally in GSK account. This is an important role which provides wide exposure to management, provides a unique opportunity to learn the company’s varied and diverse activities, and has great opportunities for future career progression.
基于客户HSEQ管理要求、公司HSEQ政策以及当地法规要求制定并实施现场HSEQ计划，为员工建立一个安全的工作环境。
In compliance with the Client’s HSEQ requirements, local regulations and SODEXO HSEQ policy, responsible to establish and implement a site HSEQ plan, standards and procedures provided on site and to ensure all service staff can work under safety conditions.

？ Solid grounding and practical experience in working in the Pharmaceutical environment, particularly in laboratories and facilities management areas. The candidate should have an in depth knowledge of working in a Pharmaceutical regulated (GxP) environment, and the standards which must be met to assure patient safety and product quality. The candidate should also have a good background in auditing.

3.主要职责
Main Responsibilities
1) QHSE
?Work with GSK and Sodexo teams to investigate, analyse root-causes and implement corrective actions where GxP deficiencies are discovered, functioning as the Lead Investigator for these investigations.
?Present quality related topics to local GSK management.
?Maintain communication with key Sodexo and client personnel.
?Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff (Sodexo and client).
?Conduct training in local quaqlity and EQMS topics, to the wider Sodexo operations team.
?Execute and/or lead/function as SME for various processes (including change control, risk management, 3rd party vendor management) in compliance to relevant standards.

Assists site manager to establish a culture of all employee reporting all incidents and responsible to register all received incidents and conduct the investigation of the incidents

2)报告
Report
?Lead the L1 assessments of non-GxP related services which Sodexo provide to GSK as included in the annual L1 schedule. These services may include Distribution and Logistics, Lab cleaning, Pest control, Lab services, Records services, Technical lab services, 3rd Party contract management, and Waste disposal.
?Lead the weekly Risk and Compliance update meetings
