Brief Task Description (A Job Description document must be completed prior to official employment activity.)
1. Create or modify model/drawing of PWT components on CAD(UG/Team center) system
2. Create engine DMU, engine package check and Team center data tree maintenance
3. Track design changes, Input information in system to release/update engine BOM
4. Produce simple component analysis using conventional computation techniques or FEM modelling
5. Support component localization: support Purchasing to analyze supplier technical capability,
make localization plan, support supplier technically, responsible for localization testing/validation
6. Available to frequently travel to meet above tasks
7. Available to join global meetings which are not in normal working hours
8. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/Company
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
- Education: Bachelor or above Degree in engine/Automotive Engineering
- Experience:
- Skills & Competence:
1. Familiar with component design, especially in Gasoline/ Diesel Engine
2. knowledge about Pro-Engineering / Unigraphics (UG) Design tools
3. Familiar with engine component manufacturing process, such as HPDC
4. At least 2 years working experience in the engine design area.
