Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Wuxi accounting SSC team to ensure appropriate record and category of financials.
• Cross-functionally develop effective tracking & analyzing tool for Tech Center day-to-day departmental spending as well as project-base spending (expense and CAPEX) in the purpose of local management strategy support and implementation.
• Support Wuxi legal entity as required for application of High Technology Eligible Company in near future.
• Prepare and present periodic forecasts and the annual operating plan.
• Prepare, understand, and present financial results and explain variance in comparison to the annual business plan and periodic forecasting scenarios. Initiate and implement timely corrective action with functional and finance leadership to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in financial role at a multi-national company, manufacturing environment with engineering function is highly preferable.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
• He or she must have strong analytical and reasoning capabilities to anticipate and identify operational opportunities, risks and problems, analyze variances from plan, and develop timely action plans to achieve operating goals.
• He or she should be willing to challenge and persuade others on alternative solutions or courses of action with a clear ability to initiate and implement process change and continuous improvement activities.
• Fluently in both speaking and writing English
