职位描述
Roles and Responsibility
1.Editing Project Timing Frame and execute it. Reporting the progress and action on regular base;
2.Managing the pre phase work such feasibility analysis report, project layout planning, conceptual design and approval process etc;
3.Managing application, certificating (land layout), consents (Construction execution, finishing documentation etc) etc processes according to government procedures and regulations.
4.Execution management, scheduled payment control, execution engineering and timing control;
5.Implementing Full Process management,coordinate and settle out issues during execution.
Managing the contractors and coordinating their progress.
6.Managing quota and final spend check, audit as well. Completion accept for the project with relative certificates
7.Managing documentation of project
Qualification
1.College above of engineering, Industrial and Civil or Mechanism & Electricity prefer ,
2.Proficient in English. Communicable oral English.
3.Five years Management experience in civil , utility project management and experiences in managing 2 more projects
4.Well known about engineering content, budget analysis; better understanding about quota software, process control and market cost information;
5.Well known about national and local regulations, drawings, execution management etc. Well understanding about procedures of Layout planning, architecture design, civil execution, acceptance and city infrastructure match etc. 6.Strong and aggressive leadership, communication, coordination skill and deployment force.
