Requirements:
Education:
· >Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Management or its equivalent;
· Fluent in Oral and written English at least passed CET-6
· Familiar with base working procedure of employment/termination of Wuxi; local government regulations/policies concerning enterprise management;
Work Experience:
· Quality/Mechanical/Electronically Engineer with University degree (> Bachelor degree)
· > 10years' work experience in a Foreign invested Manufacturing Company
· > 5years' work experience as a leader/manager within the area of Quality
· Work experiences from Electro-Mechanical manufacturing with experiences covering some/all of the following areas;
Mechanical and Electronically assembly work, Machining (turning & milling),
· Technical Supplier Development
· Plastic Injection molding, PCBA production, various surface treatment, casting and Stamping
· Evaluation of Supplier Quality performance
· Experiences in ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and maintenance
· ESD-procedures and Protection
· ETL-certification and procedures
Knowledge and capabilities:
· High integrity
· Good oral and written English, able to handle telephone calls with foreigners
· Communication skills with Customers as well as the internal staff
· Strong Leadership skills
· Have a good understanding of Workflow systems and Process orientation
· High degree of personal integrity and confidence
· Cooperative and able to encourage others
· 6 Sigma knowledge or similar
