职位描述：
General

Directs and controls all regional retail tenant representative activities, including the setting of target plans, objectives, the development of future strategies, account management and etc.


Business Development
？ Develops and reviews all strategic plans
？ Establishes and maintains relationships with corporate clients, serves as liaison between major clients and regional team
？ Takes part in negotiations of regional major clients
？ Works closely with Retail Shanghai and regional platform to ensure efficient service to clients
？ Submits periodic operation reports on tenant rep business and pipelines to Senior Director of Retail China on time

Management of Regional Tenant Rep Team
？ Takes a leadership role within the regional tenant rep platform: to recruit, mentor and train regional tenant rep staff and etc.
？ Conducts regular meetings with regional tenant rep staff and communicates new strategies to regional platform
？ Responsible for the performance of tenant rep staff in regional platform
