Job Description
The KPI&Reporting coordinator will report directly to the Asia Pacific Operation Manager and be responsible for collecting and examine the warehouse reporting and monitoring all of the warehouse daily/weekly /monthly KPIs, and check datas in our SAP system. The scope of the role is as detailed below.

- Reporting
a) Collecting the warehouse daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting for each warehouse and examine the data via SAP
b) PDCs and RDC KPIs collecting, checking as weekly, monthly basics
c) Central manage the parts block/unblock status, tracking and update
d) Weekly and monthly Leadtime report for China and AP,Singapore
e) All China warehouses and Korea SAPAs collection and submission
f) Warehouse Overtime report collection and validation
g) Other reporting needed by clients.
- Systems
a) Skillfully master and use the internal Unipart SAP system
b) Has strong Excel/PPT and data manipulation skills.
- Communicating
a).Communicate with each warehouse manager,admin and make sure National warehouse manager can get the weekly/monthly report in time.
b).Communicate with other department if there is cross function report needed


Requirements & Experience
1.Experience of warehouse operation including an understanding of lean process, compliance, bonded or non-bonded warehouses.
2.Careful and diligent and willing to learning.
3.Junior college or above. Experience in warehouse operation or logistics, automotive industry background is a plus.
4.A strong communicator/interpersonal skills.
5.Oral and written English is preferred.
6.Analytical with problem solving skills.
