职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责客户的日常来电、咨询等工作，为销售部提供后勤服务；
2、负责公司的订单制作、跟进、样品寄送，协调生产交期及出货；
3、处理日常的销售报表，单据、快递、文件资料等；
4、受理客户的电话投诉并做好记录反馈；每月总结客诉资料，分析客诉不满意情况规整，为改进和提升做帮助；
5、协助业务回款，提醒业务员应收货款情况；
6、做好部门的每次会议安排并记录；
7、协助财务完成每月客户销售对账；
8、每月销售报表汇总，分析订单结构等

要求：
1、熟练使用office办公软件，沟通协调能力佳；
2、了解业务的基本流程，产品的基础知识（可培训）；
3、能及时做好销售与内部的衔接，有效督促订单的完成出货。
