工作职责:

1、根据网络营销需求，分析网站上访问者行为和用户体验及行业内其他各公司网站架构和内容，并形成书面文档；
2、通过使用Excel工具和网站分析工具，定期制作网站数据报表；
3、提供网站分析与优化的方案；
4 网站及网上商城的企划/运营（包含网站内容企划）
5. 微博、论坛等新媒体功能企划/运营

基本条件:

1、大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、心理学、统计学等相关专业优先
2、在广告公司执行过网站企划运营
3、2年以上相关经验；
4、精通Excel，PPT，能轻松做出可读性很强的报表；
5、对数据较为敏感，对保密，宣传口径较为敏感；
6、工作认真、细致、愿意承受工作压力，有良好的沟通能力
7、很强的独立工作能力，同时具有团队合作精神；
8、很强的分析能力，能够从数据中发掘商业问题和机会，并提供具有商业价值和说服力的优化建议；
