Job description工作内容：
1.Continually and systematically review materials management metrics and reports to ensure the department is focused on the right activities yielding optimal results.

2.Operate a training and development program that is tied into performance reviews.

3.Ensure that Materials Systems are developed and implemented to meet the Operation’s quality & environment requirements.

4.Lead Customer demand planning, Master Production Schedule (MPS), materials planning, and production planning processes
引导客户需求规划，主生产计划（MPS）的物料计划，生产规划流程。
5.Execute Materials functions according to the business objectives and policies and procedures.
根据业务目标和政策，程序来运营物料部门。
6.Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions.
不断提高效率，准确性和职能的成效。
7.Monitor and drive down overall cost of materials including materials costs, freight expenses, administration expenses, and cost of materials management. Ensure that MPV is optimized.

8.Eliminate material liability and minimize materials liabilities for customers. Ensure that all MPS are loaded only with a sufficient contractually coverage by customers. Ensure that all materials in stock and on order are pegged to customer authorized purchases and that purchase orders are placed with terms and conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by corporate Commodity managers and buyers.

9.Ensure that the Operation’s supply base contributes to the success of the Operation and that suppliers are selected based on overall cost effectiveness and their ability to meet company’s requirements. Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on overall cost, delivery, and quality.
