岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、负责公司人力资源战略的执行；
4、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
5、负责人力资源内部的组织管理；
6、分析相关资料，进行企业人力资源诊断，并对相关政策进行完善。
任职资格
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4、具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神；
5、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用。

Background
OSiC Performance Materials (Shanghai) Co. ,LTD., the Multinational Chemical Company, was founded on the integrate of the Shanghai Songjiang Momentive Performance Materials in 2010 by Unichem (England) Co. ,LTD., The total investment was $7.4 million. The Location is in the Songjiang Industrial Zone, Shanghai city, the company covers 10484 square meter. 1st phase construction had been launched in Sep. 2010 and put into production in Jun. 2011.Now the capacity expansion project had already started and commission startup will be at the end of the 2012.The output will increase to 4000MT /Y after the expansion project finished, which can provide better service to the Chinese market and globe market.

Based on years of additive experience and globe leading technology, our company can provide comprehensive total additive solution to the customer. Main product including water borne adhesive and PU resin, silicone surfactant, amine catalyst, Anti-foam reagent, coating additive and softener etc product can be applied to many fields like furniture, appliance, automobile, construction, leather and textile.
