Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize, prepare and execute project review meetings to track projects including sub-project for Schaeffler Nanjing
2. Implement project plan, define track KPI and control cost
3. Lead, coordinate and motivate team member within project organization
- To work as "bridge" between AP PMO, China PMO and Plant PMO
4. Conduct other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, industrial Engineering or related
2. At least 5 years working experience in a multinational automotive/industrial company, therein 2 years on project manager position
3. Good project management skills
4. Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
5. Good command of English, office software likes Excel and PPT
