Key accountability岗位职责:
1. Actively prospect and acquire new market and customer opportunities. Identify new prospects and/or projects, start up communication lines, generate new RFQ’s, introduce and execute the quotation process and secure new projects up to and including Long Term contract setups.
2. Setup, develop and work according to Customer implementation plans based on profound analysis and knowledge of allocated Customers and their business environment. According to these plans, manage the operational and tactical items in relation with the allocated customers; setup and lead cross-functional customer teams to master the overall customer contact pattern targeting at an overall successful full-service customer experience.
3. Play the active ambassador role of the Allocated Customers within the own organization to increase and strengthen the customer orientation of the organization as a whole. Act as catalyst and coordinator in bringing the Company’s and customer’s organization in sync to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
4. Actively pursue market intelligence and benchmarking of competition, related market applications and product portfolios, related to the Company’s strengths and weaknesses as a preparation and input for business planning cycles.
5. To provide necessary resources and support required by implementation of environment management system; To identify and update the environmental factors and fulfill department responsibilities required by system.
6. To lead the department to achieve objectives of Company’s environment management system.
Functional requirements岗位要求:
Education: University (Engineering) level or equivalant, post-graduate commercial/economic education recommendable.
Experience: min 5 years of relevant experience in automotive industry in a technical/commercial environment.
Specific knowledge:
- Selling and financial techniques
- Excellence in Customer orientation
- Technical product adept: ability to learn policies, products and services, including engineering principles and specifications of assigned products.
- IT as end user.
- Open, extrovert, emphatic, creative, able to act independently, team player, high will to succeed, finisher, able to act at different hierarchical levels.
- Integrity, energetic, good presentation
- Languages required: Chinese, English, asset : German
- Willing to travel extensively within China and in 2nd stage also globally.
