职位描述：
1.colorimetry: ？ Color formulation evaluation
？ Color measurement per request of supervisor.
？ Storage of OEM master samples in the defined spectrophotometers.
2.pigment powder:？ Incoming inspection of pigment powder according to defined standards.
？ Check of COA from supplier.
？ Support purchasing in term of pigment powder claims (incoming inspection not o.k.).
？ Support TC in case of pigment related topics, e.g localization of pigment powder.
3.color formulation / colorimetry:"？ Create and issue color formulation according to the specification of the Designer and Project Designer for new colors.
? Create and issue color formulations in respect to metamerism, price and industrial feasability.
？ Preparation of color folder with lab samples (only for new color fist time trial batch) for Design Industrializator.
？ Redefine and issue updated color formulation, if change request in trial batch is DL≥0.50 and Da / Db≥0.30.
？ Get appearance evaluation report and approval of color from Designer and/or Project Designer.
？ Issue test request for light fastness for every TEPEO color formulation (new color first time)
4.change request:？ Change color formulation of colors (additional pigment), requested by operations color lab and/or Design Industrializator.
？ Issue test request for physical lab. In case of demand by color formulation change requestor.
5.documentation:？ Archive color formulation request, color formulation evaluation, approval document and approved samples (each process step)
？ Get appearance evaluation report and approval of color from Designer and/or Project Designer.
？ Update of the global excel-file for OEM master samples with regional availability of OEM master samples.
？ Prepare Input of color recipe datas, FR_ in SAP by respecting four eyes principle.
？ Define consecutive code (e.g. 9XXXX) for color material short text.
？ Approval of pigment powder lot number in SAP
？ Update availability file of silicone matrices for lab press..
6.TEPEO color master batch (CMB) for trial batch phase:？ Incoming inspection of CMB.
？ Check of COA from supplier.
？ Approval of CMB lot number in SAP.
？ Support purchasing in term of CMB claims (incoming inspection not o.k.).
？ Support TC in case of TEPEO CMB or SPC (single pigment concentrate) related topics.
7.Other:？ Take over additional tasks from regional Head of Pigments&Colors department.
？ Initiate to office assistant of "Surface Identity" department the issue of a P.R. for regional missing silicone matrices.
？ Take role of a mentor for "surface evaluation room" in TC development laboratory.
？ Cooperation with central function "Pigments&Colors".
8.TC development laboratory:？ Operating of all machines related to pigment powder incoming inspection.
？ Operating of all machines related to the creation of color formulations.
？ Respect standards in TC development laboratory.


Qualification:
-College or above, major in chemistry or related similar major.
-Six Sigma green belt (not mandatory).
-Basic experience as a Colorist or similar in the plastics industry.
-Basic experience of product surface appearance evaluation (color, colorimetry, grain, gloss).
-Ability and knowledge to handle devices and machinery for pigment and/or color related topics.
-High ability to evaluate colors: pass Ishihara test and Munsell 100 test.
-Basic Interdisciplinary Project Management experience. 举报 分享
