◆Supervision 监督
1.Responsible for the entire production area in general during his shift. 总体负责当班所有生产区域
2.Responsible disciplinary for their shift and in their area of supervision.负责当班区域的协调和监督
3.Daily Check at the start of each shift and monitor the pending activities 当班前的日常检查和当班过程的监督
4.Monitor and report production quantities of each line in their work shift 监督和报告当班产线产量
◆Production and Quality 生产和质量
1. Monitoring the production schedule and to strictly monitor the urgency 监督生产安排，严格监控紧急情况
2.Analysis of root cause of quality problems and scrap and PDCA for its prevention.分析质量问题和报废的根本原因并根据PDCA进行预防
◆EHS 安全
1.Actively participates in the process of continuous improvement of the quality programs, and activities of environmental safety and health积极参与质量提升项目和环境安全活动
2. Responsible to prevent unsafe acts by the operators.负责阻止和预防操作工人的不安全行为
◆Staff Administration下属员工管理
1.onitor the performance 监督下属员工绩效
2.anning the distribution of their staff in the Shift and hand out the operators. Approve and review requests for staff movements (leave, holidays).负责下属员工的排班出勤
◆Employee Development 下属员工发展
1.communicate relevant information to operators performance, customer complaints与下属员工沟通其绩效和客户投诉情况
2. Responsible for training on time of the workers in their operations and in terms of safety and environmental hygiene. 依据环境安全给下属员工及时进行操作培训
◆Quality system 质量体系
1.Ensure order and cleanliness in your area (Check list for cleaning and maintenance of first level)保证管辖区域的秩序和整洁（清洁和保养清单）
2.Review fulfillment with occupational safety regulations and environment.履行职业安全健康法律法规
3.Keep records and documentation updated更新所需记录和文件
◆Miscellaneous 其他
1.Does special tasks as instructed by superior完成上级安排的其他事项


Qualification Needed岗位要求:
University degree; 本科学历
Good English and communication skills; 英语能力和沟通能力好
Team player and can work under pressure;有团队合作精神，抗压能力强
Experience in production management or related is preferred.有生产管理相关经验者优先 举报 分享
