- Planning and daily purchasing of material and operating materials for the running produc-tion
负责日常物料采购计划以满足生产需求
- familiar with plastic products,with painting and raw material pruchasing experience.
熟悉塑料件产品, 有喷涂,原材料采购经验
- good sourcing experience
良好的供应商开发经验
- the detail responsibility according list PUR_Organization (in PMS)
具体工作流程参照管理系统(PMS)规定的采购流程
-Intercompany coordination with logitics department (fullfilment purchasing plan)
负责与物流部门协调以便采购计划顺利完成
- Active corporation at the development on the further supplier network
负责新供应商的开发
- Securing and conversion of the relevant elements of the Purchasing strategy
负责确保采购的相关战略计划的顺利实施
- Analysis of the relevant procurement markets ( by the majority China market )
负责对相关的市场采购进行分析(主要为中国市场)
- Evaluation and selection of manufacturers and suppliers together with the project team thrue material group leader
在物料采购主管的领导下评估和选择相关的供应商
- Identification/realization of reduction of costs potentials
确定/实现采购成本的降低
- Securing and conversion of measures concerning quality and process specific requirements to the product
确保采购件的规格需求变化时能有效的控制采购件质量
- Responsible negotiation and constructive coverage of the purchase conditions with suppliers and internal partners (coordinate with material group leader)
负责采购件的价格谈判(在物料采购主管协调下)
- Responsible for right using of ERP system
负责正确的使用ERP系统
- Fully follow supplier management according purchasing flow (in PMS)
根据采购流程执行供应商管理程序
- Periodic KPI reporting to Purchasing manager (weekly/monthly)
每周/月向采购经理汇报关键指标

- Good economical and good technical understanding

- Experience with purchasing management
有采购管理经验
- Process oriented way of acting and thinking
有良好的流程管理意识
- Work experince with ERP system

- Very good English knowledge oral and written

- Experience with team manage and personal manage
