职位描述：
Job Description
1、Architecture development of CPU SoC with IP to achieve area/power/performance optimization for server market.
2、Collaborate with Marketing and System team to define chip specifications and product roadmaps.
3、Responsible for Chip Level RTL design, integration, floorplan, padring, make sure a clean synthesis, P&R and STA.
4、Support product validation, ATE test and other chip level issues during high volume ramp-up.
Requirements
1、Master/Ph.D Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or related fields
2、Minimum 5 years industry SoC development experience in various products, preferred in CPU/GPU product
3、Experience in CPU core/Cache/Memory Controller/PCIe IP integration & Performance optimization
4、Experience in HW/SW/FW/Driver Co-development is a plus
5、 Self-motivated, Organized, Team Player, Result Oriented, and Fast learning on challenging task
6、Fluent speaking/writing in English and Good communication skill 举报 分享
