职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Create new design or improve/optimize existing designs of product in CAD environment with full functionality, corresponding to customer and Mubea requirement.
2. Perform all necessary steps along with dedicated team to ensure its functionality – calculation, testing, analysis, evaluation, optimization, countermeasures etc.
3. Get right input for product design and development.
4. Cooperate with production department and related suppliers, and make sure production feasibility of new design for mass production.
5. Cooperate with suppliers/SQE make sure feasibility of new design for mass production.
6. Fix final design, release component drawing to the supplier and offer technical support to the supplier. Gets approval of assembly drawing from customer
7. Support test engineer and analyze test results, propose countermeasures.
8. Support production after project is hand over to plant
9. Other works related to belt tensioner design. Closely cooperate with team.

Job Requirement:

1. Mechanical engineering / automotive engineering
2. CAD skills (Catia V5 preferred)
3. Project management skills
4. Automotive industry understanding
