职位描述：

Duties and Responsibility:

• Generate new CAD models with drawings from furnished sample parts, instructions and/or sketches.
• Revise component / assembly drawings / CAD models per approved ECN or DWO.
• Generate detail drawing and CAD models of new parts similar to provided existing examples.
• Provide clearance studies, tolerance stacks, packaging layouts etc. to aid in proper product definition an implementation.
• Having experience with oversea OEM customer project, work with foreign design/engineering specialist as a team.
• Participate and lead the project design review meeting with KSS global engineering team (North America and Europe), perform the design result meets the engineering input by hand sketch and webex discussion.
• Work independently on design proposal, CAD model optimization for tooling, manufacture or assemble and disassemble. Play an active role in project team with deep thinking and be adapted to change. Creat powerpoint to summarize the open issue for meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Proven abilities in the use of CATIA V5 R19
• Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing DIN and ASME standards. Thorough understanding of drafting / engineering principles.
• Very good English language skills, able to communicate work related subjects through phone and Webex review meeting independently.
• University degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in design related activities, preferably in Automotive interior/exterior product environment, passive safety systems will be helpful
• Have the knowledge about the 2D drawing element, Apply GD&T standards to completely define product.
• Understand different process in the workshop for example, Die casting, injection, stamping, foaming.
• UG NX5 or CATIA V4 experience will be a plus, but not a must
  WOFE or JV at automotive industry experience will be preferred.
