1. Support for the customers and the projects in the assigned area in China. Provide technical support to customers when processing trial batches, collect customers requirements and help customers to have a good feeling about the products and use them well.服务中国区客户，收集客户需求，尽可能帮助解决客户现场与材料有关的问题。
2. Work in R&D projects. Support and communicate with subproject leaders or the relevant for the project developing and help to improve new product to meet to the process at the customer.支持项目相关负责人，收集客户需求并与相关项目负责人沟通，帮助提高新产品，为客户达到稳定的工艺。
3. Within the AE team, support to each other for the trouble-shooting and self-safety as could as possible from customer side.提供互相的支持，并安全有效地协助客户发现可能的解决方案。
4. Collect and coordinate the information of international and domestic industry developing trends for relevant people's reference.为相关人员收集和协调本地和国际行业的发展趋势信息。
5. Give support in case of product claims, to find the root course and help customer to adjust machine settings if material is useable.预防产品投诉，给予支持，找出根源，如果材料可用，帮助客户调整机器设置。
6. Support and mentoring of new R&D engineers.支持和培训新进研发工程师。
7. Fulfil other tasks arranged by superiors. 完成上级安排的其他事项。
Qualification资质要求:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Chemical. 本科学历，化工专业。
2. 3 + years related working experience, knowledge on leather or relevant area. 3年以上的工作经验，有皮革和相关领域的知识。
3. Familiar with MS office. 熟悉office办公软件。
4. Be good at English listening, speaking and writing. 擅长英语的听说读写。
5. Good command of communication and coordination, strong perseverance and patience, open and optimistic attitude, positive spirit. 有较好的沟通和协调能力，勤奋，耐心，热情和积极。
