职位描述：

RESPOSIBILITY：

1.Assist in recruitment and interview with line Manager, do registration and dismissal for employees

2 Set up training and pefermance evaluation system and implement and responsible for payroll processing

3.Take part in all HR function daily job.

4.Hand out and collect the questionnaire and analysis the results of the survey and report to the Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1.Human resources, business management or related bachelor’s degree

2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in related areas

3.Familiar with laws and regulations of the management of human resources

4.Good English ability and communication skills (both in written and spoken)

5.Skilled in word、excel and other office software
