Job Responsibilities:
1. 定期分析售后服务销售队伍效率，考核销售团队业绩，并提出初步对策
Analysis data of service sales force effective, update sales performance dashboard
2. 定期更新销售手册及销售名单信息
Update service sales handbook and sales name list termly
3. 维护销售系统数据库，与销售人员沟通收集系统改进需求
Maintain sales system database, support ePOP system process optimization
4. 协助销售管理系统的实施和推广
Support sales system utilize and internal promotion
5. 销售团队差旅费用分析和控制
Analysis and control sales team Travel&Living cost
6. 提供其他管理层所需要的销售分析数据
Make other analysis on service business as needed

Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历, 经济或管理类专业,1年以上相关工作经验
Bachelor degree or above, major on economics or management，at least one year related working experience
2. 较强的数据分析能力，严谨、有较好逻辑性。
Strong logic thinking and data analysis skills
3. 精通使用Microsoft Excel，并熟练运用Word， Power point等其他办公软件。
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and excellent Word and Powerpoint skills
4. 英文读写良好，口语可日常交流。
Good English skill in both reading and writing, and fluent oral English for daily communication
5. 良好的沟通技巧，组织协调能力和团队精神。
