职位描述：
The Purchasing Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinate to set up reasonable usage rate for MRO parts
- Coordinates with engineering and production team for re-sourcing opportunities on equipment, spare parts, repair, cutting tool, and etc.
- Set up sourcing strategy based on re-sourcing priority
- Potential supplier searching and evaluation
- Work together with user department for supplier technical qualification.
- Review supplier technical proposal.
- Price comparison and price negotiation
- Contract review
- PR request
- Prepares purchase orders
- Follow POs to make sure that they are delivered at the right time and for the right price
- Maintains warehouse inventory of parts according to the plant needs
- Maintains computerized procurement records, such as items purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
- Resolves non-conforming goods with quality control personnel and vendors.
- Approves invoices for payments and work with accounting on accounts payable
- Work with other departments to follow purchasing process
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering
本科以上学历,工程专业
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably with a foreign Joint Venture company
至少2年以上相关职位工作经验,外商独资公司工作经验优先
-Work independently and self-responsible. Focus on objectives.
能够独立工作，自律, 目标明确
-Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, both in oral and writing
良好的中英文书面及口语的沟通能力
-Ability to work under pressure
