职位描述：

Responsibility:

1.Be responsible for product analysis standards and procedures for EPS products.

2.To perform Finite Element Analyses (FEA) according to standard procedures for steering product. Supporting application projects with necessary simulations.

3.To summarize the simulation results in report to the product engineer.

4.Provide optimized design proposal based on the simulation results.

5.Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing quality analysis, and customer requests

6.Support product validation via CAE analysis.

7.Support continuous Cost Improvement Process (CIP).

8.Evaluate customer requirements for product specification and function.

9.Support new business pursuit activities.

10.CAE new method and technology introduction

11.CAE analysis data management and experience accumulation and inherit.

12.Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.

13.Work place: Beijing

Requirements:

1.Master degree or above, major in Mechanical or automotive engineering;

2.At least 2 years experience in CAE experience. Experience in Automotive industry is preferred.

3.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;

4.Good knowledge of FEA theory, able to interpret and analyze information quickly and effectively;

5.Familiar with at least one of the CAE software of Abaqus, Nastran, Ansys and Hyperworks;

6.Skilled in Auto CAD, UG NX and Catia V5;

7.Skilled in GD&T and other drafting and dimensioning techniques;

8.Basic design techniques for plastic, castings, stampings and forgings, knowledge of material's mechanical characteristics is preferred.
