Main Tasks:
? Incident & Problem Management:
Application daily troubleshooting and incidents control, restore normal operation of the business systems with minimal impact on the business operation. Secure a high level of stability of the business systems by determining the root cause of incidents and problem areas.
? Project Support & Management:
Manage and support IT improvement projects that will contribute to business growth, competitive advantage or increased efficiency by working with business.
? Application Supporting/Coordinating:
Proactively supporting business process improvements. Supporting the user organization with their business changes by giving advice on new business processes and defining the alignment of these business processes with solutions in ERP/BPM systems, improve user participation.
? Functional Application Management:
Monitor the functional usage of the business systems, working together with 3-party supplier/internal business for interface setup/testing, like the EDI, data mapping etc..
? Change Management:
Manage the local change process from initiation until implementation of a change request. Like write Functional Designs. Organize testing in cases where regression testing or testing of new features is required.
? Knowledge Management & User Training.
Delivery necessary training to Key User and End User.
? Audit Preparation.
Prepare the necessary documents/records for internal/external audit, make sure ERP operation/Framework is compliance with Autoliv standard.
? Other tasks assigned by IT Manager.
Competences:
Level (diploma) required:
? Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience:
? 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT function.
? Deep experience with QAD systems is required, full cycle roll out project experience is a plus.
? Experience with Manufacturing environments and traceability systems expected.
Technical skills required:
? QAD/BPM problem solving skills, including EDI knowledge.
? Good at ASP.Net; Java; SQL etc..
? Project Management skills is a pluses, like the PMI certification.
? Technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, servers and PC operations.
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
? Ability to coordinate QAD/BPM activities within the organization on a local level.
? Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and vendor management
? Positive attitude when working under time constraints, pressure and difficult challenges
Languages:
? Excellent written and verbal English language skills required
