Title/职位: Surface Treatment Engineer

SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
？ This role is dedicated to lead engineering activities in special processes, such as, anodization, cleaning, passivation, FPI, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/ 主要职责/任务 (以时间的百分比表示)
1. 25% - 30% - Continuous improvement on current special processes.
2. 30% - Design, develop and implement new special processes technology.
3. 30% - Improve GMP/Compliance by digging out root causes, implementing corrective actions and preventative actions.
4. 10% - Harmonize process / equipment with other J&J manufacturing sites

ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
？ Plan, design, develop and implement special process.
？ Optimize and improve special process.
？ Lead all validation activities for owned special processes.
？ Calculate current capacity, plan future capacity by forecast.
？ Define equipment’s configuration; introduce equipment by working with Purchasing, I/E, Facility, Maintenance, Quality; finish EVA and work instruction before handing it to Production.
？ Draft research plan, carry out research as per plan, analyze data and draft research report.
？ Calculate, record, report capital investment and saving projects’ financial data.
？ Support and incorporate lean concept into special processes.
？ Ensure all special process solutions meet all corporate and regulatory requirements for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
？ Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformance, initiate and co-ordinate improvement plans.
？ Support problem solving activities to ensure adherence to production schedules.
？ Carry out such further tasks that may be delegated by line manager.
？ Work as a team member in virtual teams for different technical fields across J&J global engineering network,
？ Take the leadership to meet the challenge, seek the improvement opportunity, and share the best practice within the team.
