DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES：
The IT MES leader is responsible to develop, deploy and support shop-floor applications delivering traceability, quality control, data warehousing and packaging functionalities. These applications are needed as global standard applications for plants in various countries and continents. Includes day to day management and coordination of IT support and service delivery with plant stakeholders and managing a centralized MES application team. His or Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Be in charge of support and management of MES systems used by CSI on a global basis
? Building and manage a MES development team and coordinate deployment resources
? Use appropriate mature technologies to develop systems to meet current and future needs of CSI manufacturing
? Ensure MES systems are reliable and stable with minimal incidents and problems
? Demonstrate good teamwork with IT Operation group to support MES systems
? Ability to manage requirements at a global scale
? Assist with regular IT activity list/ audit items
? Actively participate in global project initiatives and assignments
? Take part in weekend/non-business hours coverage when required
? Providing timely reports and metrics as required
Qualifications：
Education background：Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
Working Years：At least 5 years’ experience managing MES in global manufacturing MNCs
Skills： Proven experience and skills in MES; including technical and management skills as below:
? Excellent communication (oral and written in English & Chinese)
? Extensive knowledge and experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Crystal Reports and Visual Basic.
? Extensive work experience with network devices
Others：
? Extensive knowledge and experience with IT best practice methodologies (ITIL, COBIT)
? Experience establishing and meeting SLA’s and OLA’s objectives with departments and business owners
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude are necessary 举报 分享
