职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Analysis of failed products from production line and provide risk assessment and solutions to improve.
2. Analysis of RMA products and provide detailed FA report.
3. Responsible for reliability tests and provide detailed test report.
4.Maintenance of analysis equipment.
5.Responsibility and application of complex analysis methods.
6.Learn the knowledge of new products from lead development department and transfer the relevant new analysis methods/know-how to China
7.Risk assessment of new products and provide PFEMA report.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor or Master Degree of physics, material science, optics or electrical engineering.
2.Proficient in FA process and familiar with FA equipment.
3.Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
4.Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
5.Fluent English, written and verbal.
6.Strong willingness to work and interact in international teams.
7.3 years working experiences in optics, optical communication area are preferred. 举报 分享
