We are looking for an Account Manager professional with proven experience in any of the following industries:

- Textiles and Garments
- 纺织和服装业
- Metal/Mechanic and Industrial Products

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. He/she will manage the relationship between the Customer, Company and Suppliers and their relationship development through time for Negotiation, Product Development, Order Management, Quality Control and Logistics activities.

Sales and Marketing - Procurement Solutions Department and QA/QC Services

3. Responsibilities.
        Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
        In order to achieve excellence in performance, each AM shouldn’t exceed more than 10 different accounts OR projects at the same time, unless approved by Sales and Marketing Direction.
        Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. briefs, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
        Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales & Marketing Director or General Managing of any problems that may arise.
       Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
        Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
        Works closely with the project team (Project Managers/ QA.QC Engineering/Logistics/Administration) in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
        Upon request and proven availability from main responsibilities, to perform QA/QC Inspections and Audits as necessary, for own projects or any other company’s projects as requested.
        Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
        Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
        Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
        Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
       Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
4. Authority
        Reports to the Regional Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a regular basis through company’s CRM system.

5. Evaluation

        First evaluation at the 3rd month
        Periodical Evaluations every 3 months

7.工资:底薪+提成+奖金
