Overview:
Prepare monthly close report ,analyze the monthly manufacturing variances and build standard costs in SAP system with the objective of achieving company costing target within company costing procedure/policy and corperate policy.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
Initiate annual re-cost;analyze the year over year cost difference in order to comply with company costing policy;Support BU finance to calculate MB/Fgt/Duty rate ,in order to ensure the yearly re-costing accuracy.
Financial Analysis
Analyze the sales gross margin ,in order to make sure the I/C markup should be tie to the approved markup rate
Costing and Reporting
Manufacturing variance on Std. cost analysis for weekly and monthly review ; provide the variance report with related comments ;PPV analysis for weekly and monthly request;Inventory scrap analysis in order to ensure the varinace is reasonable;Inventory reserve analysis for monthly end close in order to comply with the company's inventory policy.
Asset Management
Support GLOG/BU Material planning to analyze the inventory aging , clear out all dead stock on time in order to optimize the inventory stock .
Project Management
Unit standard cost build & GEMIS rate set up in SAP; Review the cost variance for new projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting;5 years experience or above on costing
