职位描述：
Main Job Description/Mission:
* Modify/design the Customer products to suit the project required standard and local supplier's ability and also to save manufacturing costs;
根据要求设计及修改客户产品，以满足本土化生产，节省成本。
* Preparing drawings and parts lists for each customer project;
每个客户项目准备出图和部件清单。
* Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements
根据客户目标和要求，出方案、做设计。
* Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.)
开始设计前，澄清范围，定义基本要求（技术参数，系统布局，客户标准等）。
* Ensure the quality of Customer' s product and service to meet the customer request and the best cost performance requirements based on Etteplan or Customer policy;
基于Etteplan和客户规章，确保服务满足客户要求，产品达到经济性表现。
* Provide after sales service and maintenance checks during warranty and beyond;
在保质期内，提供售后服务和维护工作。
* Good communication with both Customer and internal Etteplan personnel;
处理好客户沟通及公司内部沟通。
* Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design/characterization standard operating procedures;
对已有设计的持续改进。

Key Requirement:
Experience Requirements
* The successful candidate should have at least 3 experiences in mechanical design.Especially in sheet metal area like compact electrical control box, deep knowledge on sheet metal bending considering IP classification, cooling etc..
成功的候选人要有3年机械设计经验，特别是钣金相关的领域，例如紧凑电器柜，散热、IP防护要求的钣金折弯。
* Experience in design and manufacturing of special solutions and understanding customers’ needs
有非标设计和加工的经验，理解客户需求。

Education requirements
*Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程学士、研究生毕业

Language Requirement:
* Good command of English.
良好英语技能。

Preferred knowledge and skills:

* Proficient in 2D Auto CAD, 3D solid work/creo(pro-e)/inventor,catia/UG is plus.
熟练使用Solidworks/creo/inventor 三维、二维，会catia，UG加分。
* Windchill or other PDM applicaiton
Windchill 或者其他类似PDM的运用。
* Analytical problem solving skills
