Digital Manufacturing Engineer

General Purpose of this position: ensure the successful execution of engineering support project, and satisfy the specific customer engineering support requirements and develop the TE engineering support competency based upon the engineering support project. This will support our development function to validate the product to be provided to the customer.
Reports to: Engineering Support Leader
Location: Caohejing, Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:
? Study the engineering support requirements（include make rapid prototyping sample, fixture design and make etc.）and analyze the engineering support requirement from customer
? Support to related engineering function when making engineering decision e.g. engineering support plan, project schedule, engineering support sample making, etc., from engineer support perspective
? Make the engineering support equipment plan according to the engineering support requirement and communicate with related function the plan in order to meet the project boundaries e.g. timing
? Investigate the rapid prototyping samples sample and other necessary goods in engineering support in order to ensure there are no defects of them
? Perform engineering support according to engineering support requirements Instruct other less experienced engineering support staff e.g. engineering support technician during working in order to ensure their operation aligns with the engineering support requirement
? Support related rapid prototyping function and fixture design
? Develop the engineering support competency according to the engineering support requirement from customer
? Align with the lab EHS/procedure requirement during the working
? Deliver the knowledge and experience to other colleagues through training
? Contribute to innovation during engineer support

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
? Bachelor degree in engineering, preferred electrical or mechanical engineering
? New graduate or experienced, experience in digital manufacturing or manufacturing equipment is preferred, Skilled to use design software（Pro/E，SpaceClaim etc.）;
? Fluent writing and reading English; can communicated within team via oral English
