Job Description:

1. Develop new competitive Air Condition products & upgrade current products to increase market share of brand.
2. Lead/manage a project smoothly and work on the whole unit structure design independently under Inventor/ProE platform.
3. Be able to response for all tasks (like mfg drawing, OMS, bill of material, fixture design, etc) during implementation.
4. Communicate & cooperate with team members & foreign customers to make sure achievement.
5. Ensure all product design meet requirements of performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability, specially those of safety, quality and standard

Job Requirement:

1. BS degree in mechanical engineering / manufacturing technology;
2. Be familiar with common office software application and 3D design software. Especially with Inventor or ProE.
3. At least 3 years' work experience in R&D of large machinery industry. If possible in Air Condition company or have Product Development/Cost Reduction/fixture design experience.
4. Knowledge and experience in assigned areas: detail mechanical design, sheetmetal, copper tube, welding, fastener, stress analysis, etc.
5. Knowledge of 6 sigma or Lean tools to improves work efficiency & product quality.
6. Good written English & fluent oral English, can communicate with foreign colleagues without any problem.
7. Must be customer driven and quality minded in performance of all assigned duties.
8. Be patient and careful during work.
9. Good working and cooperation attitude to contribute in a specialized technical engineering team environment.
10. Good sense and ability of self-learning and continuously capability improvement
11. Effective communication skill.
