职位描述：
Responsibilities
·Responsible for the leasing of shopping malls portfolio, duties include new tenants sourcing, new tenancy liaison, tenant rental budget preparation, tenancy renewal negotiation, retail market analysis.
·Develop leasing and marketing strategies for retail projects
·Handle lease administration and documentation works
·Maintain good relationships with tenants as well as identifying new potential tenants
·Maintain and develop relationships with landlords
·Business trips may require
Requirements
·At least 3-5 years' experience in retail leasing; candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant leasing manager
·Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Marketing or related disciplines
·Knowledge of retail brands and international exposure of the retail scenes
·Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
·Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·Languages: Mandarin and English
