职位描述：
工作职责Job Responsibilities:
? Be part of project team, take full responsibility of project procurement toward project manager
? Be responsible for setting up and optimizing related process and secure the effectiveness and compliance
? Engage project in right timing and provide necessary support before official kick off
? Understand the relevant supply market and suppliers
? Coordinate the bidding requirements to finalize the bidding documents
? Conduct bidding
? Set up and reach agreement for bid evaluation standard
? Organize bid evaluation, be lead for commercial analysis, conclude evaluation results
? Coordinate cross-functional team to define negotiation strategy and be lead of commercial discussion
? Be accountable to conclude the contracts
? Ensure integrity and completion of documentation for project procurement
? Act as contact point toward suppliers
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor
任职资格Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in engineering, MBA is preferred but not required
? High ethic standard
? 10-12 year total experiences with middle-large size corporation, at least 7 years in procurement, and 2-3 years in procurement manager position
? Solid experiences with EPC related or project related procurement
? Excellent communication skills to clarify and understand what requirements are
? Skilled negotiator to handle contract discussion and bring it to completion
? Team player and be able to manage stakeholders
