职位描述：
工作内容：
主要负责公司研发中心材料研发工作
1、负责公司满足客户需求产品的配方设计、调整；
2、负责项目开发的实施与协调；
3、组织对新产品、新工艺、新材料的开发应用；
4、负责不合格品、库存呆滞料、破碎料的回用处理；有效控制产品成本。

要求：
1、熟悉汽车配件材料者或高级工程师职称优先录用；
2、材料类本科以上学历，塑料改性两年以上研发工作经验；
3、具有良好的自我学习发展和沟通能力以及团队协作精神；
4、具备相应的制备、工艺、检测和项目申报等知识技能；
5、对市场认知把握能力强，熟悉产品开发流程；
6、富有改性塑料研发经验和市场开发能力者优先。 举报 分享
